Nose In the nose a very intense interplay of the typical, rocky and citrus-rich Saar Riesling (concentrated blood orange and grapefruit, ripe Zanzibar pineapple, apple, linden blossom honey) with the crusty bread aromas from the yeast.
Character On the palate also this dense, almost opulent fruit aromatics, which comes with a very refreshing freshness. Fruits and carbonic acid are working here very nice together. The non-intrusive, but nevertheless rather concise and rough shales minerals, which also bring a touch of tar. The finish is refreshing and elegant at the same time with fruit, acidity and tingle
