Paul Clouet

Established in 1907, Champagne Paul Clouet is a well-recognized and respected house of Bouzy. This village, classified as Grand Cru, is one of the most beautiful cultivation areas for Pinot Noir in Champagne. Regarding this beautiful origin, the house Clouet develops world-class wines around this royal cluster and in the greatest champagne tradition.

It is in Bouzy the family Clouet, which is deployed for more than a century and where Marie-Thérèse Clouet-Bonnaire in the first half of the 20th century continues the work of her grandfather Paul Clouet.

It was his tribute to her, who each year developed wines from the two vineyards Bouzy and Chouilly with the help of her husband Jean-Louis Bonnaire. Jean-Louis Bonnaire – a famous winemaker from the Côte des Blancs, with an equally famous vineyard.
